How to click a picture in blur effect on any lower android devices (4.4+) in just 6 steps?
1.) Firstly download the camera app link will be given in the below.
2.) Install the app. NOTE:- check the unknown application setting is on.
3.) Open the camera app and swipe left and change camera to lens blur effect mode.
4.) Make sure the light is sufficient for camera and object is placed at some distance (adjust to required).
5.) Tap on click button.
6.) And slowing tilt the smartphone on the object.
